When I found out I was being transferred for work, my wife and I met with several different realtors. Several told us that we paid too much for our house and would have to bring several thousand dollars to the table to sell, or told us we would sell our house for thousands more than it was worth. We had lived in the neighborhood for 10 years and had seen houses sell for a wide range of prices and where not sure what to expect. Shawnna came in from the beginning and was very upfront, she had already sold many houses in our neighborhood and compiled a list of comparable properties and told us what we could sell our home for, and in three short months sold it for almost the exact price she said.

Shawnna is very devoted to her clients and went far beyond just selling our house. While I transferred to another state, my wife stayed behind for a month so that our kids could finish school. Shawnna not only found them temporary housing in the same neighborhood, she continued to check on them the entire month. I not only consider her the best agent in Marion, but a friend.

Shawnna is an excellent resource when selling your home. She guided me through the entire process professionally and with personal attention. In this market, nothing ever goes entirely as planned, but Shawnna saw it all to the end and also helped significantly in lining up a great new home for me and my kids at sales time.

My wife and I consider ourselves very lucky to have had Shawnna as our real estate agent. Shawnna is a kind and warm person but she is also a hard negotiator who is protective of her clients. As her clients, she was always eager to show us properties. She also was determined to get us the best possible deal and watch out for our interests. In other words, she definitely went to bat for us.

As we are all aware, purchasing a home can be a tedious and stressful experience. This can be especially true for first time home buyers like ourselves. Shawnna was like a guiding hand. When she showed us properties she pointed out important points such as value of the neighborhood and the quality of the school district. Essential, attributes of a home you can't change. She then gave us creative ideas on how to change/renovate different homes we visited. She was always available to our questions or address our concerns. With Shawnna their is no such things as a stupid question.

Through out the entire process of purchasing our home, Shawnna always made sure that we were protected. She pointed out clauses and provisions in contracts that would protect us in the event of a bad inspection or appraisal.

We have now been in our home six months and I am happy to say that we have not had one ounce of buyers remorse. My wife and I have no regrets and would recommend and use Shawnna's services again in the future.

Shawnna is an exceptional real estate professional, always going beyond expectations. She worked with us locally and from afar, handling situations that were definitely not in her job description. We had an emergency arise at our home while we were away and she handled it as if it were her own home. Shawnna is awesome. My home had been on the market for a year before I changed realtors and signed with Shawnna. She used all the normal realtor techniques (open houses, showings, advertising) and then some.
It seems like she knows everyone and has networking skills to be envied. It took us a while to find the right buyer but she did it! They're happy & I'm happy.
She really knows her job and is excellent at it.

I can't say enough about this wonderful woman. She went above and beyond when finding the right home for us. We told her what our must haves were and she found the perfect home for us. When we looked at homes, she made sure to point out potential problems that we may not have noticed. Shawnna was extremely knowledgeable with properties and locations. She was honest, never pushy, and always took her time with us and made sure we understood everything. If you are looking for an agent that cares about her clients, Shawnna is the one. We wouldn't trust anyone else.
